Volunteer Opportunities
We have lots of opportunities throughout the day for current student and parent volunteers, so please see the links below and sign up where you can! There are various time slots available (beginning at 8:30am and ending at 4:15pm), so you can find a time to volunteer that won't conflict with your child's Round Up time. Lunch will be provided for all students and parents who are volunteering the entire day at Round Up.
Students will earn volunteer hours for all time served during Round Up. Thanks for your help! We are looking forward to a great Round Up!
Support our school by helping our families feel welcome and preparing our students for the upcoming school year.

Helpful Hints for Round Up
-
Please do not park in the front drive of the school. Follow the signs and parking volunteers.
-
There will be two entrances to use – one will be at the main entrance of the school and one will be adjacent to the parking area to the right side of the school. Please use either entrance to avoid lines.
-
All volunteers (students and parents) please use the main entrance to locate the Volunteer check-in located in the lobby, where you can pick up your name badge and instructions.
-
Round Up day is still a teacher workday. Please do not disturb them.
-
Have your child bring a backpack to carry home any miscellaneous supplies and handouts.
-
Your locker and combination will be on your schedule and your school issued lock will already be on your locker. You will just go straight to it and practice opening it.
-
Pre-purchased school supplies can be picked up. A limited number of kits will be available for purchase.
-
There is no need to take school supplies home. Students can place supplies in their locker. Teachers will assist students the first week of school on how to assemble binders, etc. Empty supply boxes will be recycled.
-
If you purchased your own school supplies, bring them with you to Round Up and place in your locker to avoid a heavy bag the first day of school.
-
Each grade level house will have collection boxes for school supplies that are shared in the classrooms. Please look for these boxes and sort your supplies accordingly. Some of these items may have already been removed from pre-purchased supply boxes.
